Best known as the founder and CEO of CarePros, Charles bootstrapped the company from startup to eight-figure revenue before expanding into technology, real estate, and investing. Today, he works with a select group of founders building technology-enabled service businesses where mission, operating discipline, and long-term thinking compound together.

Charles scaled CarePros from a single Edmonton location into one of Canada's leading providers of complex care for children and youth. Today the organization operates across Alberta and British Columbia and has been recognized by The Globe and Mail as one of Canada's Top Growing Companies for five consecutive years.
In 2023 Charles co-founded Nurture, an AI-enabled care management platform developed from operational challenges inside CarePros. The platform helps mission-driven organizations improve care delivery while reducing administrative burden.
